Titus, the incredible dog who inspired the Top Dog Rescue logo, was more than just a star—he was a legend. Known for his starring roles in several films, Titus earned special praise for his performance alongside Jon Voight in Surviving the Wild.

Beyond the spotlight, Titus was an extraordinary companion, spreading love and joy to everyone fortunate enough to know him. His spirit and loyalty continue to inspire Top Dog Rescue’s mission to give every animal the love and care they deserve
Our Story
You guessed it—happenstance brought Tracy and Pat together! Not only did they find love for each other, but they also discovered a shared dream: to open a ranch for rescue animals, a place where every animal could find a loving, forever home.

With faith in God, they placed their dream in His hands and felt called to bring it to life. When their close friend, Lisa Arnold, heard about their plans, she immediately joined them in this walk of faith to help God’s precious creatures.
Together, they’re building a sanctuary of hope, love, and second chances.
Meet the Team
Meet Tracy: Trainer and Advocate for Animals
Tracy began her dog training journey at just 14, volunteering with Santa Barbara Sightseers Guide Dogs for the Blind. Over seven years, she trained four guide dogs and a breeder dog. By 22, she expanded her passion, training dogs and cats for films, TV, commercials, and live events, using her signature positive reinforcement techniques.
An advocate for rescue animals, Tracy often volunteers at shelters, helping socialize and train animals to increase their chances of adoption. Raised alongside her family’s Rottweiler, Coco, Tracy’s lifelong love for animals has been her driving force, turning her passion into a mission to help animals find loving homes.
